A State Legal Services Authority has been established in each State and a High Court Legal Services Committee has been established in each High Court. District Legal Services Authorities, Taluk Legal Services Committees have been trained in districts and most Taluks to implement NALSA policies and instructions and provide free legal services to the population and conduct lok adalats in the state. When a user uses our referral service to notify a friend on the Site and Forum, we ask for the friend`s name and email address. Namati will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the website. Namati stores this information only for sending this one-time email, and while a third-party email provider may store the information in its database, Namati will not send any additional email without further action from the friend. When we ask you for registration information, you provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information. If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the necessary permissions and/or authority of that organization to (i) register the organization as a member of the Site and (ii) act on behalf and on behalf of that organization in interactions with the Site, including, but not limited to, Publishing content to the Tools database and discussion forums. You will promptly update your or your organization`s registration to keep it accurate, up-to-date and complete.
