(3) A law passed by Parliament for which Parliament would not have been competent but for the adoption of a resolution referred to in paragraph 1 shall, to the extent of its lack of competence, cease to have effect on the expiry of a period of six months from the end of the entry into force of the decision, except in the case of facts or omissions before the expiry of that period.
